Super Easy Red Cowl:

I love cowls! Recently I had the urge to make one. I searched online and found this easy pattern for a cowl.  Since I have never made one I decided to do an easier one, instead of trying a harder one and getting discouraged.  I absolutely loved the way it turned out, and I can’t wait to make more cowls!

The website where I found this pattern is called elisetypepad.com to view the pattern click here. The yarn I used is called Mission Falls Wool and the color I used is red. I didn't use two strands of yarn because I didn't have enough yarn, but it still turned out fine!

For the pattern you use circular needles and you knit on one side purl on the other.
This super easy cowl pattern is very simple, and perfect for beginners or someone who has never done a cowl before like me! I didn't make this pattern I used the pattern by Elise Blaha. Elise does a perfect job of explaining how to do this cowl. Please visit her website for a more in depth pattern.

My sister took these beautiful pictures in Montana. The lake is called Hegben Lake, and she used my new Nikon 1J1 camera.
