Spicy Pork and Watermelon Taco

Last week I made tacos, another delicious camper cooked meal. These tacos were different, I have never heard of watermelon salsa until I read the recipe, sounds strange but it's delicious! I found the recipe on Better Homes and Garden Magazine to find the full recipe click here. I revised the recipe to fit my ingredients by using ground pork instead of ribs, and using a a pork rub instead of making my own.
