The Lovely and Long Gray Shawl

Finally, my shawl is done! I started this shawl in Portland, Oregon and finished it Stockton, California. It took over a month to complete. This shawl is probably the most complicated project I have ever worked on. I kept taking out the shawl, unraveling the yarn, and starting over because there were numerous mistakes. During the whole process, I was thinking to myself I just wasted a lot of money on this yarn and what have I done! After many weeks of trying and hoping I finally completed it! There still is mistakes that I wish weren't there but life is not perfect.
I bought the yarn  in Portland, Oregon. The yarn came from an adorable yarn shop called KnitPurl. KnitPurl is an adorable shop, friendly staff, and beautiful yarn. The charcoal gray yarn I picked out is called Shibui, and the yarn is sock yarn.

As always my little sister takes my pictures for the shoot. The pictures were taken in Wineridge Campground and Resort in Pahrump, Nevada.
