Indian Chicken Stew

I found this recipe on Better Homes and Garden. I always enjoyed the magazine and now I am glad to be making some recipes from the magazine. The indian chicken stew was delicious! My mom loved it the most.

I added coconut milk to the stew to make it more creamier. But other than that I followed the recipe to the t. This stew is perfect for any day or time. It even tastes good the next day.
