here's what i am cooking...

This pizza was a hit! I created the recipe myself (recipe below) with the helpful tips from friends at our old church in Colorado. The pizza is made with a cream cheese and sour cream sauce and fresh vegetables. It was a perfect meal for a hot day! I hope you enjoy!
Veggie Pizza Recipe
Ingredients:
1 package of refrigerated pizza dough
1/2 a stick of cream cheese
1 cup of sour cream
Hidden Valley Ranch seasonings
3 peppers
1/2 of broccoli
Cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 425
Grease pan and place pizza dough on it. Stretch the dough until it fits nicely on the pan.
Place in oven for 15-20 minutes.
While dough is cooking, mix cream cheese in a bowl until it becomes creamy. Then add sour cream and sprinkle the ranch seasoning on it.
Cut peppers thinly and chop broccoli into small parts and place them aside.
Shred enough cheddar cheese for the pizza.
When the crust is ready, take it out of the oven and let it cool for 10-15 minutes or until the crust feels cool.
Spread the cream sauce on pizza and then sprinkle the vegetables and cheese.
Cut into small parts and enjoy!

P.S. If you aren't going to eat the pizza right away refrigerate it. It even tastes better the next day!
