here's what i am cooking...

Roasted Red Pepper Chicken and Spicy Pasta
I really enjoyed cooking this meal! As always Better Homes and Gardens is my friend for finding pasta recipes. I pretty much followed the pasta recipe but I didn't used brocolini instead I used broccoli and I also didn't use parsley. But for the chicken I decided to create my own recipe (below) it was really fun to do and I enjoyed making it for my family. 
Roasted Red Pepper Chicken
Ingredients
1 package of Chicken Breasts (7 pieces) 
1 jar of Classico Sun Dried Tomato Pesto 
1 package of mushrooms
1 cup of chicken broth
1/2 of a package of spinach
1 tablespoon of olive oil

Place 4 chicken breasts in a slow cooker season with salt. Then add 1/2 the can of pesto and 1/2 the package of mushrooms. Lastly add the last pieces of chicken, pesto, chicken broth, olive oil, and mushrooms to the slow cooker 

Let the chicken cook on high for 2-4 hours or on low for 3-6 hours. When the chicken is almost done then add the spinach. Enjoy!
