Right now I am spending a week
with my grandparents in North Carolina. Since we are helping them pack and move
we have decided to eat out most of the time. I am all in for that! Our first restaurant
was Papas and Beer a Mexican Restaurant in Hendersonville NC. It was yummy! I ordered
chicken enchiladas with rice and beans. Since I lived in Colorado I have been so blessed because they were so many Mexican restaurants. This restaurant was different than the ones in Colorado, because the chicken enchiladas had tomatoes, and peppers inside. Also my favorite part of the meal was the salsa bar! I loved dipping my chips into the salsa.
