Chicken and Spinach Dumpings

 

This was my 1st time cooking in our new house. It was definitely easier then cooking in our tiny camper! I found this recipe on Better Homes & Gardens while scrolling through there new recipes. This meal was a little bit more complex than I originally thought, but overall it's a delicious and flavorful meal!

Modifications: I modified the recipe by adding salt to dumpling mixture & seasoning the broth with dried rosemary instead of thyme. Why I chose rosemary is at the time I didn't have thyme.

Overall thoughts: I love soup! So this dumpling soup definitely hit the spot. I also doubled the recipe to feed five.
