Chicken Piccata With Plenty of Pasta.



For me, summer is the best time to cook. I enjoy cooking in the summer time because I can walk outside and pick fresh herbs and use them in my meal. In the winter, I unfortunately can't skip outside and pick fresh basil from our herb garden. Hopefully our Shop-Rite carries fresh herbs in the winter! 

A couple weeks ago I made Chicken Piccata, with penne pasta, and asparagus. For the Chicken 
Piccata, I followed this recipe. I loved the recipe but I didn't use capers and my chicken pieces were smaller (obviously!) With the asparagus, I cooked them with the chicken and the broth. They turned out to be very flavorful.
