Yarn Along

I have had a very productive week with knitting and my reading. My rug is coming along! I still have 1 1/2 more balls left, but so far I am liking the look and feel of the rug. I have also started my blanket using this yarn. I love it!

I have also finished Persuasion by Jane Austen and really enjoyed it. My favorite part was the love letter at the end of the book. It was so sweet and it was a great ending to the book. I just started Mansfield Park it's one of Jane Austen's serious novels, but should be good read.

P.S. I am offering a giveaway!! Click here to enter and find out more.

  1. looks like you've been quite productive with the knitting! I haven't knit much due to helping our son start packing for his impending move. However I do squeeze in a row here and there :)

  13. Ah! A fellow Jane Austen lover. I read Persuasion a few years ago and it quickly became one of my favorite books, after Pride and Prejudice. ;-)

I have to confess that I haven't read Mansfield Park just yet, but I have seen a few of the film adaptations, so I have an idea of the story line.
