Zucchini Fritters.























One Sunday after church I made these yummy fritters. It's a very simple dish but the flavor is so good. I am not a big fan of zucchini, but I love these fritters. I found the recipe on Better Homes and Garden Magazine. You also can view the recipe here. I doubled the recipe to feed 5 and I made the fritters bigger. So by the end I had 16 fritters. 

Surprisingly my favorite part about the dish was the yogurt that you placed on the fritters. I am not a big fan of sour cream, but I love plain yogurt.
