Wow it has been a long time since I posted on Yarn Along! I have been busy with school, but I have been able to knit in the night. I missed sharing my knitting adventures with you all!
Last time I posted I was working on my blanket. Recently, I unraveled the blanket and started over. The main reason why I started over, was I was waiting for more yarn to be shipped so I thought, "Why not start over?!" I am very happy that I started over and the blanket is really big (the picture above is an old picture so it doesn't look real big.)
I also am listening to Jane Eyre. Thank you for all the suggestions because this is one of my favorite books. I think one of the reasons why I like it is the narrator has a great voice and acts out all of the characters!
What are you knitting and reading?
love jane eyre! but you know that. lovely blanket and I'm glad that school work is allowing for some knitting time.
ReplyDeleteI am working on a blanket too, for far too long, but now I am determined to finish it.
ReplyDeleteAudio books are perfect companions with knitting, I'm listening to Wonder.
Glad you are liking your blanket more the second time around!
ReplyDeleteI have never read Jane Eyre. I know I really need to though! Audio books are a great knitting companion!
ReplyDeleteGood luck with your blanket and enjoy Jane Eyre, it is a great story!
ReplyDeleteI have not read Jane Eyre, let us know what you think please! I think we might have similar tastes in books!
ReplyDeleteI'm not knitting...but I'm reading: Divergent.
ReplyDeleteAlmost done! Next is the 2nd book in the series: Insurgent.
Hi Melissa! We are reading the revised version of Jane Eyre in school! Are you listening to a revised version, or to the Old English version? (BTW have you read The Giver by Lois Lowry?)
ReplyDeleteHey Emma! I am reading the old version! It's really good and the book has become one of my favorites! I haven't read the Giver, but my brother and mom enjoyed it. Miss you all! :)
