I continue to keep knitting this blanket. It seems like it's a never going to be finished, but it's almost there! Just a few more rows left and I have a completed blanket.
I finished listening to Jane Eyre and it was one of my favorite books! Thank you all for the suggestions! One thing that I loved in the book was true love lasts and the best is yet to come. The book was beautifully written and I now want to read Withering Heights by her sister. Has anyone read that book?
I bet you'll be done by the weekend :) Looks like it's already near the finish line.
ReplyDeleteI have a feeling you are going to love being wrapped in your blanket for years to come.
ReplyDeleteWithering Heights is my Mama's favorite book, I on the other hand am not a Jane Eyre fan.
Oh that blanket looks awesome! That is such a long project! Heck, any project is long in my book these days :-) Can't wait to see it finished!
ReplyDeleteThat looks like a great blanket to cuddle up with. I bet you will have finished quicker than you think!
ReplyDeleteLove he color you chose- I think you will be thrilled when your done...that's a LOT of knitting.
ReplyDeleteSupercute!!
ReplyDeleteIt looks great! I love the color!!
ReplyDeleteYour blanket looks beautiful, such a gorgeous yarn!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful blanket and will be finished just in time for cooler weather. Perfect!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful blanket! I love Jane Eyre too. :)
ReplyDeleteI read both Jane Eyre and Wuthering Heights in my senior English class and I love them both. Wuthering Heights is my favorite of the two and I highly recommend it. I also highly recommend The Age of Innocence by Edith Warton. :)
ReplyDeletePerhaps this is the year for Wuthering Heights. Waiting for your review! Great blanket and just in time for chilly weather, at least here. Happy knitting!!
ReplyDeleteIt's almost there - you'll have it finished it no time :)
ReplyDeleteI have never read Jane Eyre (I may read it after your glowing review). I have read Wuthering Heights ( just this past summer) and I found it very disturbing and dark. I did not like it at all. There are others who just love it though. Maybe I will try Jane Eyre.
ReplyDeleteNice work! I have read Wuthering Heights too, and most other people I've talked to who have read both Jane Eyre and Wuthering Heights either say they hate Jane Eyre and love Wuthering Heights or vice versa. Jane Eyre is my favorite book and I found it very different from Emily Bronte's Wuthering Heights (which I didn't really like at all.) Hopefully you have a better time reading it, maybe you will appreciate them both!
ReplyDeleteI finally watched Jane Eyre a few weeks back, and now I want to go read the book. I haven't read Wurthering Heights either. People have been trying to get me to read both for years and I am finally succumbing. I love the color you chose for the blanket!
