One of my goals in 2015 is to memorize a Bible verse a month. I wanted to do this for a while and when the new year began, I knew this was a great time to start.
Another reason, is I want to always have God's word in my heart so I can remember verses during the good and bad times. This month's verse is from Job and I used the New Living Translation (NLT). Which is the Bible that I use for daily reading.
My mom picked the verse for the month of January and I am happy to say that both my mom and I memorized it.

How neat! I have been reading Job lately for devotions. There is some beautiful poetry within the book. I think chapter 28 is my favorite :)
