If I could go back in time, I would go back to Seattle Washington. Oh I loved it there! Seattle is a beautiful and clean city full of Seahawk fans, coffee drinkers, and people who love their state. I enjoyed walking around the city, window shopping, and visiting a museum about the Klondike Gold Rush.
My goal in the city was to drink my first Starbucks coffee at the original Starbucks. Unfortunately I didn't see the original store, but I did try the Pumpkin Spice Latte for the first time. I loved it! It helped keep me warm as I walked around downtown. We visited Seattle in September it was a clear day, but a little bit chilly!
For lunch we at a delicious restaurant, (I can't remember the name) but it was so yummy. I am BIG fan of clam chowder and this place served some of the best! How the restaurant worked is you order at the front (ask for a bread bowl) you pay and get your food there on a tray.
Have you ever heard of the Public Market in Seattle? Well it's an experience! The market is actually inside and is full of booths. People are selling fresh produce, fish, postcards, knick knacks, and you name it they have it! If the camper could have fit it, I would have bought a 10 dollar bouquet of flowers. I wish I was able to take pictures of the flowers, but it was so crowded in the market that I could hardly breathe! Everyone was walking around going to different places and seeing different things I almost thought I was in NYC.
Oh Seattle you are beautiful! Someday I want to go back and explore more and go on top of the Space Needle. We weren't able to go on top of the Space Needle so this is a excuse to go back again!
Great post!
