This week has been very productive. I finished all of my cowls and am now working on my white sweater. It feels good to work on it, but am nervous about making the sleeves! Other than knitting, I am creating my mini album. I am caught up on both January and February #score! The album is coming along and I'll be sharing a few posts about this project next week. While knitting, creating, and cleaning I got to watch X-Men Days of Future Past. I saw this movie in the theater last year, but haven't seen it since. It was really good and it brought back memories of seeing it with my brother who is now in college. Lastly the beautiful hello card is from my friend Heather. She is my pen-pal and it has been so fun to send letters and gifts to each other.

Hope you all will have a lovely weekend!

This week was very productive! We visited a 4H farm over the weekend and saw many animals. My favorites were the piggies and the cows. I always think cows like to pose! When I was taking their picture, all they wanted to do was look at the camera. They are too cute and funny! After seeing the animals, we went to Chipolte. It's my favorite and family's favorite chain-restaurant to eat at. The food is always so fresh and yummy!

We also wrote Valentine letters to some of our family members. It's so fun and great to receive happy mail! I enjoy writing letters as much as I like getting them.  The card's we found were cute and sweet and I hope they brighten our family's day! Because who doesn't like getting Valentines?

Lastly our sweet pup's birthday is today! Patsy Jane turned 6 years old! She brightens our lives with her kisses, snuggles, and making us laugh.  I still can't believe she's 6 (we adopted her when she was one.) Happy Birthday sweet pea!

Have a Happy Valentines Day!

This week, I am learning to be patient and also content. Scrapbooking supplies is my weakness and it's so hard not to pass on beautiful little things to put in my book. But I am trying really hard to remember, to spend less. It's something I need to work on harder in my life, but I am trying.

I am learning that the stuff I have is beautiful and to use the things I have.

I am learning to argue less.

I am learning to give more.

I am learning to be me.

There is still snow on the ground, and I love waking up every morning, opening up my blinds and seeing the ground all covered in white. It's amazing to see that our backyard looks different with snow, no more grass!

During the snow storm, I worked on my black cowl and watched Roman Holiday one of my favorite movies. Right now I am almost at the point of getting tired of knitting cowls, but I keep thinking that my sweater is waiting for me!

The picture of my sister and I is one of my favorites of 2015. I know it's only January but our expressions are definitely well priceless :) when ever I look at it, it makes me smile! There will be definitely be a scrapbooking layout with this picture in it.

Wishing you all a happy Friday!

around here. I am practicing my handwriting, calligraphy, and script. It's challenging at times, but I know that practice makes progress. At the moment, I enjoy writing quotes using my one little word less. I used Pinterest to find quotes with the word less and couldn't believe there were so many. It makes my heart happy!

around here. I am knitting cowls. I am on 2 out of 5. Thankfully the pattern is easy and enjoyable so it keeps me occupied in the evening and when I watch movies. Hopefully I can finish this cowl by the end of the weekend.

around here. Cleaning up my scrapbooking stash and giving some stuff to my sister. Also I am working on 2 different mini albums, but I so enjoy making them.

This week I am going to try not to go on the internet this whole weekend. I hope it works, I'll share my thoughts next week. Have a happy weekend!

I finally recovered from a cold! Chicken noodle soup, tissues, hot tea, and hand sanitizer have become my best friend. Thankfully it seems like it's gone, but praying that it won't come back! But the best part about being sick, is I have been knitting alot which has been a plus. My sweater is coming along it's definitely a nervous and exciting process. One of the greatest part of knitting is I can watch TV shows like Downton Abbey while I knit. It has been thrilling to have Downton Abbey Season 5 here in the states.:) Lastly, I am on a Design Team for Laurel Lane!! This is my first design team, so here's to new beginnings! I'll be posting pictures of my album with some of her lovely cards. Please check out her page and see all of the other lovely designers click here to find more info. Have a happy Friday!

Happy Friday to you all! This week has been a whirl wind of finishing school, wrapping gifts, and getting ready for Christmas. Can you believe that Christmas will be here next week? I can't! I recently order this cute girl print. It is so pretty and I also like that she is wearing a cowl that looks knitted. The print was made in the UK and it also came with some cute 3x4 cards. I love looking at the print and seeing it every day. It's the little things ya'll!

My December daily album is coming along, if you missed the last two posts you can find them here.  I have really been enjoying documenting my December and it has been fun seeing everyone else's spreads.

Also if you haven't tried the Gingerbread Frappuchino and latte at Starbucks you are missing out. They are so good and I like them better then Pumpkin Spice Latte. (I promise this post is not affiliated with Starbucks, I just love their holiday drink lines!)

This week was full of scrapbooking, school, and finishing Wuthering heights (by the way it was a great, a little bit dark, but overall a good story). It also snowed for the first time this winter in Long Island! I loved seeing the snow on the ground, but by the end of the day it was all gone. :( On a brighter note, I just finished wrapping a present for a gift exchange at my part time job. I can't wait to give the gift, hope the person likes it! More details on the wrapping paper, supplies and if the person likes it next week hehe! I am working on my December Daily album and loving it, thankfully I haven't fallen behind! I also finished my fall minibook, YAY! Next week I'll be posting the last layout for fall 2014.

Wishing you all a happy Friday!
