Roast Chicken and Pesto Pasta:

A couple weeks ago I made roast chicken and pesto pasta. I know it has been a long time since I posted anything new but I have been in and out of internet service for a week. So this week I plan on catching up!

Anyway the dish I made turned out to be a hit, and everyone loved it. The roast chicken was easy to make and instead of stuffing the chicken with lemon and fresh thyme I used limes, sage, and dried thyme. The result turned out to be a more tangy taste, but still good. For the pesto pasta I used bow ties and pesto premade in a can. Since I am traveling in a camper and I don't have lots of counterspace and all the best option was to buy it premade. It turned out delicious.
