Right Now.

Last Sunday, was my 17th birthday. I still can't believe I am 17! I had a wonderful time with my family and I watched Spider Man 2 which was great because, I have been waiting to see it. I have such great family so I was so happy to get some great outfits, yarn, stamps, and scrapbooking supplies! They are all so sweet to think of me on my special day. 

I have been wanting to buy some Studio Calico so I made the plunge and bought some of the Brighton Pier paper. The colors are beautiful and I especially love the pear paper.

Right Now

Last weekend was great! I was able to hang out with my friend Mary. We took pictures, went on a walk, and held her bunny Popcorn. This week we are sending my brother off to college, I am so excited for him. He is going to do so well.

Right Now

It has been a very progressive week! I started my get messy journal and loved it. It was great dong something that didn't have to be perfect or polished. Also I have been working on my mini book and ordering photos from Shutterfly each week, to fill those lovely pages. Lastly I have some great yarn that I am using and I can't wait to share it with you on Tuesday. Stay tuned!

Right now

This week we went swimming in our friend's pool. To be honest I am a great swimmer but I don't like hopping into a cold pool and getting my head wet right away. Since it was really hot I immediately climbed down the stairs and dove right into the crystal clear water. It felt really good! It made me wish for a pool!

Our friend had a beautiful backyard with flowers, a big pool, and a blowup crocodile! She was super nice and also gave us ice-pops from Trader Joe's that hit the spot.

Since it has been warm I haven't knitted quite as much as I would have liked. So instead I gaze at my yarn basket! Happy Friday!

This week I have been busy scrapbooking. I have occasionally been working on my Project Life & I am really enjoying my Summer Mini Book. It is so much fun putting together different papers and embellishments to make my mini book stand out! Slowly but surely the book Sense and Sensibility is coming along. I googled a list of the characters in the book which helps me remember who is who. My awesome brother designed my new blog layout and my thank you gift to him was taking him to Ralph's Ice. Ralph's is a delicious Italian Ice that is near our house. Have a happy weekend!
